"I truly had such an amazing time on the intuition retreat. I've been meaning to write to let you know how fantastic it was to meet, share our stories, and learn from everyone." - Mary
Come to the forest to relax, play, and grow your heart even bigger than it was before!

I want to bring topics around creativity and intuition, plus crafts and a ropes course, to a group of fun-loving, kind-hearted people.
"I've really, really enjoyed this class. I think I'm quite intuitive and I just kind of forgot." - Mary H., Student
You get to play! That's what this night is all about. Bridget teaches you basic principles of improv theater then cuts you loose to play games as an entire group, in smaller segments, and in pairs. The goal is play time, creative fun, and laughter. Please bring your friends, family, or just yourself. This is an accepting, playful, happy space where all are welcome.

Improv Game Night

Want to practice, learn, and be around other folks who are growing their intuitive abilities? This intuition jam night is open to all of Bridget's students and will always include several topics of study and ways to practice your intuitive skills.

You're awesome. Just try it. You'll like it.

Anything else?

I'm not trying to fix you. I'm bringing out talents and abilities you already have, then working them over and over again until you recognize your endless font of creative genius. It's very affirming and also practical. You have to know this about yourself, and those around you, in order to be successful in whatever matters to you. It's each person's personal super power.

How is this experience different from other trainings?

No. Showing up is your only task. The rest will be easy and natural for you - and fun!

Do I need to prepare?

No. This is group work. Yes, improv provides the basis for the teaching but no one is performing. You do nothing by yourself. It's PE mixed with recess. Efforts to be funny are discouraged because improv is not about being funny. It's about creating together in an instant. But, you'll probably be funny. It just happens.

FAQ

Do I have to perform under hot lights in front of a crowd of strangers who bought a $25 ticket, have a two drink minimum, paid for a babysitter and really want to laugh?

I want every person to believe in their creativity.
