Costs Coverage Needed:
1. Light fixture wiring in bedroom adjacent to Queen Anne Ave. was damaged by removal of drywall, mirror and vanity in bathroom. Electrician noted the damaged wires in the bathroom and got the light fixture working again. I'll submit the paperwork and costs. I need that work to be reimbursed. (Photos #10 - #14)
Update: Invoice sent to HOA on 9-20-23.
Repairs needed:
1. The hallway door has dirt smears from handling as it was removed. Needs to be cleaned or painted over. (Photo #7)
2. Bottom corner of the bathroom door is smashed. Needs to be reshaped, repaired and painted. (Photos #29 and #30)
3. Damage to wood floor. Might need to fill the space so no further splintering occurs. (Photos #31 and #32)
4. A tile from the bathroom near the vanity, likely, is chipped. My renter collected it in a bag. I believe I have extra in my storage unit. I didn't get a close up on it but it's there to see. (Photo #26)
5. There is now a puncture through the wall of the bathroom from work being done on the backside of the wall in the laundry area of the space. My renter noticed the issue on Sept. 30, 2023 I added these photos on Oct. 1, 2023. (Photos #33 - #35)
6. The hot water flow in the kitchen is slower than the cold water flow since the plumbers came on Oct. 20, 2023.
Request: Please be aware of the kids who live in this space and try to remove screws and glass and other parts from the floor at the end of the day, if possible.

#24. Very valuable light fixtures from the bathroom that were salvaged and organized by my renter when they were left on the floor by abatement workers. She did her best to keep the screws and parts together.
#25. The basket where my renter keeps the parts and screws and light fixtures she has organized, labeled and put away for safekeeping. She wrapped all the glass in tissue paper.
#26. Exampled of wrapped and labeled glass for fixtures. She has children so leaving glass on the floor wasn't healthy for them.
#27. She also labeled parts that were removed from the wall in the laundry area.
#28. View of wiring she collected related to the light fixtures. All was left on the floor or on her kitchen counter.
#29. Chip at base of door to bathroom. Was not there before abatement work. Needs to be repaired and painted.
#30. View of bathroom door that has chipped wood at the bottom.
#31. View of divot in the floor where renter stepped and had something sharp go into her foot. It was piece of wood that had been chipped up from the flooring. I have never had that wood floor come up at all. I don't know how the workers did it, but they did. Needs to be, perhaps, filled with wood glue or epoxy?

Note from my renter about the electrician's visit on 9-21-23
Main bedroom ceiling light fixture
The electrician dropped by today and fixed the issue. He found that the electrics for the main bedroom ceiling light fixture was in one of the bathroom walls; the wall behind where the mirror hangs above the vanity. The workers removed the vanity and mirror a couple of weeks ago (currently in the communal hallway) and there's a giant hole in the wall where the mirror used to be. The electrician had to simply remove plastic to access the electrical wires. He said that the wires were damaged somehow; they sparked when he removed the box to look at them. He fixed the wires and said it was now safe.
