How I Write

I love writing music! I especially love writing a song for an occasion or event. Want to tell me about your loving partner so I can write a song about them? Sure you do! I've written songs for weddings, causes, family gatherings, corporate events, conferences, my shows, and other people's shows. I really love the process! It happens fast. I just need to hear from you and the magic will occur. Voila, a new song!

Elise and Chad's Wedding

Elise requested an original song for her wedding. I interviewed her about her and Chad's relationship. That was fun! The final product had her crying and received a loud standing ovation from the crowd.

Open Data Family Feud

I created a game for the Socrata Customer Summit, but first I wrote the theme song. It was handed out to the crowd of government tech leaders and we had a singalong - all 350 of us! I still hear from people who remember that moment.

Thomas and Stacey's Wedding

Stacey and Thomas wanted a small wedding on the beach in Hawaii. Only close family and a handful of friends were invited. Stacey asked for an original song for the ceremony. I interviewed them then wrote the song in a country-music style, which is their favorite.
