How I Train

Each person is unique. Each person should feel welcome to offer their ideas and enthusiasm without judgement. I design custom workshops and trainings that encourage boundless self-confidence and an open, curious approach to others. I base my teachings on improvisational theater principles - overacceptance, "yes, and..." and make your partner look good - as well as learned optimism and the development of individual intuition.

Simply Measured Marketing Team

Every quarter the Simply Measured marketing team gathers to review performance and plans. I created games to kick off the gathering and spark connection.

"The sound of laughter - that's what I remember about our team trainings with Bridget. She brought out people's creativity, allowed them to experiment, and had a positive message to go with each exercise." - Uri Bar-Joseph, Senior Director of Marketing

PayScale Sales Team

How can a sales person quickly connect with a prospect on the phone? Try treating that person like a genius and acknowledging everything they say. That's what I helped the PayScale team practice doing, using improv games

"Bridget
took what could have been an awkward event full of wary sales people who'd rather be working than training, and made it fun. We actually learned something about sales. The most worthwhile training I've been to this year." - Anonymous Survey Result

Alameda Home School Group

A friend recommended me to the Alameda Home School Group because they wanted to work with the kids on social skills and storytelling. I emphasized partnership games that required sharing and accepting ideas.

"I asked my 10-year-old daughter which was her favorite class of the whole year and she said it was improv with Bridget. Her answer to why? Because it was fun." - Barbie W., Mom and Instructor
