Who I Am
I graduated from Stanford in 1998 with a degree in English Literature. I attended Stanford's program at Oxford University and graduated with honors. I have 20+ years of experience as a writer and editor for the tech industry. I managed teams of writers at the director level. I've also written five one-woman comedy shows, dozens of standup comedy sets, 100+ songs, and three books of my own. I have helped many CEOs put their thoughts into words. I am able to quickly hear what someone is trying to say and get to a finished product more easily. Plus, I love the process.

- I'll ask specific questions and pay attention to what I hear so we can find a unique answer to each question. We'll work together to discover genuine, satisfying ideas.

- I can help each applicant focus on the next, necessary step to complete their essays and short answers. We'll keep an eye on all of the applications in progress and keep moving forward to meet deadlines.
Easily meeting word count limits with precise editing
- I can help with creating a smooth flow for longer pieces, as well as eliminating unnecessary copy from short answers. I believe in specificity and going deeper, as opposed to superficial copy.
Ensuring each copy block has a clear focus and answers the prompt
- I'll make sure each response is appropriate and demonstrates that the applicant understands and is responding to the specific prompt, not just copying and pasting.

$70 per hour for Zoom meetings or a convenient, in-person location for me
